Hey man. We're from all over the world really. Wavetimes will be something like 20th or 5th ingame. For you that should be around 10pm or 8am. With that said, I'm uncomfortable taking in bigger groups. Lets say someone underperform in a war, I give the benefit of doubt, then next war it happens again. I'm not sure I'd be comfortable ordering that person removed knowing he in a package-deal.
