You don't need to join Earth A045 and all that to be to my south. Just assume that you are. It's not that big a deal.

You could, though truly I'm in my own region and thus the UAE exist as a shell of what it really is. Although, you could assume that you're to my south, for the sakes of RPing. You could join Earth A045 and you would then truly be to my south, and you would still be able to interact with people from across NS as you would normally. However, you would be "separated" from the rest of NSEarth by a portal thing that I made up to keep my region a spheroid instead of a flat map.
