There was a small problem with my being unable to actually post on the OOC thread, hopefuly it will have been resumed by the time you post the IC thread. Given that you already know the character I intend to use will I still be needing approval or do I have permission already?
Well, I wasn't planning on there being a Sylar. I was going to have another powerful being instead but I'm open to the idea
