Well Eduard when she first meets him is a hotshot diplomat, who later will take a turn as a humanitarian, and radical terrorist. Through some unseen events, of course. His total lack of commitment to the political ideals and the diplomatic world he once been so true to, is what really pisses her off (also once he loses diplomacy, he's no use to her anyway).
LOL! Most people in the Republic think that's exactly what she did anyway, so it's not surprising that the rumour followed her. She's former military (though all Rutians are). Not sure if she'd want to change someone though. She looks at people for who they are inside. Could be that she just didn't look hard enough or something.
Thanks. She's perfect. She won't make it into issue 2. But from then on. Correct me if I'm not on the right page with the character... Probably it will start with her slightly hating Eduard, he'll be a jerk about it and say things he shouldn't like "sorry that you had to **** your way to become ambassador" and she'll slap him, and say something really clever, and make him feel like crap. Like real life. Then they kind of fall in love. But Eduard turns out not to be who she thought he was, and she wants to change him, but he gets all mad and **** like that...yadda,yadda yadda.
