The Electrobaton is obviously a baton with a high-powered electric charge. The electrical output is changeable using a slide-switch (Which stays locked unless pressed in) to range in effects from an "ow" charge to a "daze" charge to a "Bam you're down in a heartbeat, and you stay there for a while/your pacemaker stops" charge, with voltage ranging from 75,000v to 950,000v. The reason such high voltage is necessary is because the prongs are actually rather far apart, placed on the surface intended to actually strike the target, rather than having them placed on the top of the baton. This enables the user to both bludgeon and electrocute the victim simultaneously, resulting in a higher chance of desired effect. The baton also features an extremely ergonomic grip, with the thumb sitting in a recess (With a ridge to protect it), a twitch away from the voltage adjuster, though the lock prevents the user from unwillingly changing the voltage. The baton itself (as in, what you beat the person with) is constructed of steel, though the user can place lead inserts to make the baton heavier, and thus, more potent in terms of blunt force. Feel free to inquire more specific details if necessary.

My display picture came from the game S.T.A.L.K.E.R. You can find it in one of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. bases, where they have a bunch of Snork heads mounted on poles.
