The problem is not that you're trying to help, it's HOW you're trying to help. The only way you can KNOW something to be true is if one of the development team or one of the mods has STATED it for a fact, and you can link to it.

Alternately, you can insert 'weasel words' such as "I suspect that they're going to ...", or "From what I've seen, Alliances work this way ...", or "If I were doing this, I'd ...". You can't keep coming out with statements about exactly what they're going to do, as in many cases even the developers don't have a final decision on the way forward for any given aspect of the game(s).

I work with the dev teams of both NS1 and NS2 on a daily basis, and I still couch my statements with weasel words. Things change in both games, and you can't make an outright statement of TRUTH unless you are absolutely certain that's how things are. If we're not certain, you're not certain. Please stop acting as if you are.
