#2- Out of date geography? EC acquired Cuba and Puerto Rico from Spain in the late 1870s, Jamaica in 1945 from Britain, Hispaniola after putting down a rebellion in the late 1800s. If you mean I see your information as out of date, I saw your NS wiki or whatever page.

#3- We can bulldoze cities and bring in good soil. Terracing mountians isn't new technology, either.

#4- You can't ICly really know about invasion.

I would also recommend that the ZMA take a look at the MV-44A Pegasus tiltrotor as to whether its heavy lift vertical transport C-130-sized capacity would be of any use.

Sequoia Defence Systems and Aerodyne Inc. are pleased to confirm they are in position to fulfill the total purchase order recieved from the procurement agency of the Zinaire Military Authority. The total value of the order placed is calculated to be US$139.75 billion and will be honoured as a fixed cost procurement contract. Deliveries will begin immediately and are scheduled to complete by the end of Q3 2008. Sequoia Defence Systems and Aerodyne Inc. have each added the Republic of Zinaire on to their military sales prestige customer lists.
