Just a suggestion for your story. The Soviet invade and retake their lost land, with additional sympathetic land, this gives them more ground to negotiate a rough peace. However during your occupation of the sympathetic land you give on of your most idealist low-level officers a cache of over a thousand weapons and such to hand out to anyone whose willing to fight. This would allow for them to start off on a good footing and the nationalist side would be willing to give this very contested territory due to increased cost, both monetary and in manpower.

Eh, sure why not. I'm sort of taking a break from NS until winter, though.

That kind of thing happens I suppose. No problem. Those I give TGN time to change his post then to reflect the new situation.
