Yes, it has been that. Question: are you being me and making up everything as you go along with only a basic idea of what you want, or is all of this well planned out? I suppose things would be more exciting if Mu came back but meh, whatdaya gonna do? Oh, that population is about 2 billion now. Does that matter? I thought that since this is FT it doesn't matter, but I could be wrong I guess.

Well, I hope no one would care since they are only backstory and that is it. The only real threat to anyone is the mind slaves and they are a lot more easier to kill especially since the Reapers have put caps on their abilities (no biotics, limited number of ships, limited number of soldiers, etc.).

In terms of population I am not too sure. It won't be too large since the Reapers did kill pretty much everyone, only a handful of species were kept as slaves and they will only number number in 1 to 4 billion each with most of them working to wipe out the remaining organic life that is still fighting in their galaxy.

I have no intention of godmodding. Like I said before, a Reaper will just show up to act all big and strong, leave to let the mind slaves do the work, heros come in to save the day, mind slaves lose, Reaper comes back and finds the mess the slaves made. Then the Reaper curses and leaves to report back to the rest of the Reapers. This is pretty much the outline of my intentions.

Plus it is still possible to take down a Reaper through other means. If I am not mistaken I do believe I read something about a 'Darkship' in a thread you have been posting in. That could take on a Reaper any day of all eternity.
