Grizz i didnt do a ticket, for getting deleted, but i am pissed off about it.

so i just tried to log on to my council country and saw that it had been deleted. Well akula my clan president said he was going to contact you 4 days ago and never did. I dont regularly check my email so i didnt get your messages until after my country was deleted...... can this be changed??????
