Honestly, I know nothing about cooking (I can barely make cereal). Physics, biology, history, nautical engineering, fine. Cooking? I think not. So whatever the brigade system is, go with it .

Traditionally the first meal on Leistungi vessels is lobster, but for opening courses, we have crab bisque, seared scallops, and for desert, a chocolate tart.
