They're having to relearn how to handle falling asleep again, which is miserable.
...hooboy, as a complete aside, i just saw the Spongebob Burger King commercial with Sir Mix-a-Lot remaking his "Baby Got Back" tune. Seems like a good ringtone.
... anywho, they're not doing too bad, other than the onset of competition with eachother now. That competition is resulting in Tyran deliberately pulling himself up by hanging on his brother.
Every time i go through one of their picture books with the words, i reiterate them in the other languages, so a few of the words will stick, hopefully.
Tyran already said "I like that" twice, intentionally. He's full of surprises.

The poetry thread seems hidden.

You know, there was a poetry thread ... if it's still on, i just might make mention of you.

Little dudes are at different rates - Tyran spoke first, clearly, to me as "Dada". Justice did when i was trying to get him to say "Mama". Just tonight, all of an hour ago, Tyran said "Mama" when he was trying to articulate something (he does that - it's cool), but then looked up at me and noticed I wasn't mom, and then he said "dada" twice. He's not crawling anywhere near as much as Justice (or climbing) but that's probably because Tyran is *much* mellower than Justice (oh, and he knows how to draw the cat into play with a feather on a stick - also a cool thing to watch a 7-month old do).
Oh yeah, and Tyran was the first to flirt - intentionally - not just with his gaze and smile, but he somehow learned to raise one eyebrow when he does it. Justice started doing it too. I don't know where they got it - i didn't teach 'em that (although we've expanded the languages a bit now - german, japanese, spanish, russian, swahili and sign language).
So why the withdrawl? Things that bad down there? The issue of the ex and the job, or did a new series of fun things kick up?
I know about withdrawing - i usually do that myself. I haven't been on much of late either. I had that one thread about the jellyfish because science is definitely a love of mine, and i kinda dropped out for a while after that. I go as far as 5 days now without getting online (dudes/life/etc), and i've only been on the last two because i'm loading up on my Science Daily fix.

I also got a ton of books of late, which makes me a bit sheepish since i don't really have the time to read everything i want to know (woe is me )

Actually, a little under varying kinds of weather. But finally getting some of my $ back so i can pay off a bunch of crap i've been dealing with.
