Hmm... Interesting idea. I'd have to think about it though; I've evolved my foreign policy quite a bit and how I manage such affairs. I'm tending to stick to a few specific blocs lately, although since the idea isn't really an alliance it's still an interesting proposal.

Between tracked and wheeled. It would be self propelled. Actually, it'll be pretty much the BM-27 except much cheaper. To design a multi-racked rocket system that is cheap and easy to mass produce, along with the capability to be automatically adjusted via satellite uplink and by manual input of codes. The rockets must be at minimum of 200mm caliber but 300mm would be preferred.
