I thought about contributing more in the forums for the utopiakingdoms game, however the entire concept is in my eyes so flawed that it's hard to even begin.

Traditional warfare war never focused on resources, also on human resources and land resources. Taking stockpiles was always a secondary purpose of going to war. Also the game is focused around a "group" of buildings known as the capital. When in reality the capital was merely a well defended position which controlled the land nearby. I fail to see the land taking any part of the game aside map filling. The reward for the cost is nowhere close to fair for attacking.

It would make much more sense if the game had a little more depth, like make capitals hard to capture somehow, but add villages or towers that can contain parts of armies, and defend extra land. Those can be attacked, and are vital for the speed of growth of the capital. That way you move an asset that is rewarding to have, and can be taken in combat.

It's never a good idea to only attack for easily transportable goods, specially with a trade system. How in earth does it seem logical that a person can send out all you try to gain on the moment your army arrives?

Maybe if the entire game concept gets a massive overhaul, the game can attract a little. Right now, I think you got to focus on max 200 interested players.

Who are the current UC devs? The age ends in 15 hours and the changes thread has not been updated in six days. Would really like to know exactly what is going on -.-

I have pretty much just returned to utopia after 4-5 years away. And I must say, one thing did struck me as extremely disturbing. You pretty much legalized cheating(trading). Not sure if this was done by Mehul before you guys took over or not, but that is actually one thing you should concider removing. You are killing the game by making all the good players trade into top KDs, leaving all those not so decent players alone in the mud. they got noone to learn from and most likely they will quit the game.

Maybe if you end trading, more and more ppl will come back to the game and you will again increase your fanbase. Or do you not care listening to people that have been around for a long long time?

Anyway, what ever you do I hope you do it for the fans of this game. We used to number around 100,000 players when Gen didnt even exist! Now that number is down to 19,000 WoL and Gen combined.

Lydias my country in world 119,POPEXIII,was in a war but the player deleted and recreated his nation and I'm still attacking his old deleted nation(for 21 days) and it won't end. Can you help me?
