I was thinking of starting a draft of a landmine ban as all the other threads died, but I know you mentioned you were thinking of doing likewise a while ago, so before I started working I thought it'd be sensible to check if I was treading on your toes in doing so.

If I'm lucky, I may get reassigned or, god willing, retire, but so far I'm not liking my chances."
