Operates the same way rituals do...but cost a heck of a lot less.
Basic premise is that with your travel stones active you can "travel" to other islands...while without it, you are stuck on your own little chunk of paradise.
Perhaps travel distance could be the strength of the casting or what have you.
Id say nay, it is similairish to Boats ... but i missed those so i suppose i never learnt to play with range of attacks being potentially limited ... it is an interesting thought though ... kudos...
It limits the number of KDs you can war. Nobody wants to war where the standard attack time is 14h and you're forces to -2 everything.
Honestly sounds really punishing for less organised KDs.
