Kram, you could look up this guy and see if your needs are compatible. However, it's best doing this at the end of the round as you'll be needing additional codes.
Alternatively, if you do have two kingdoms wanting a merger it'd be worth a shot contacting support about it and asking politely for permission. Give them a little speech about seeking to build up new kingdoms.
If they aren't up for it, just put up an ad saying "kingdom with 10 good players seeking to merge"
