kingdom stance?

I have a question regarding kingdom stances...
I could not find an answer in the Guide but is there a minimum time limit for any stance?
I ask because it seems our kingdom is "stuck" in aggressive and our monarch can't switch back to normal.

Did you recently leave fort? If so, then you are stuck in aggressive stance for 96 hours from the time of fort ending. It's been implemented to prevent KDs from going into fort too often.
