I have recently noticed that thief ops does not affect relations (night strikes/kidnappings/stealing), neither does it seems like spells affect it.
So my question is what affects it? I heard it was anything that affects acres. Does that mean that the only thing affecting relations are the following or are there more things:
1) traditional march
2) Conquest
3) Ambush
4) Raze
5) Land lust
Is this list correct? Are there other ops or are there things on the list that shouldn't be there?

Correct, but plunders, learns, and conquests count as less aggressive actions than razes, massacres, and traditional marches.
ur wrong about that VT2 . massacre raises hostility meter less than trad march.,

attacks = things in war room Thorak.
There also some calculations about relation meter:
hostile meter goes to hostile at 7 points
tm = 1 point
others = 1/2 point
ambush = 1/2 point too
agg stance = x 2
14% decay every day
maxed meter = 50 points
