Reporting Multis
Hello..
We have a situation whereby we have a 3-province multi in our KD. These 3 provinces are the biggest in our KD and we have sought help to remove them, however they will not defect and it's wasting all our collective resources to remove them.
They are actively searching for a KD to invite them, so all 3 accounts can be moved at the same time, hence not defecting.
How does reporting a MULTI work? What do you need us to provide you with?
Kindly advise.
Cheers.

email support with all your evidence of why you think they're a multi.

And how long does it normally take to act on these reports?
Bishop check your inbox matie there's an email from me :)
-
depends on queue length and support workload - its high right now.
-
There's an email from me to support Krozair's too.. how's the queue length looking? =)
-
Well this might be one reason why Multi's do flourish - still waiting for an acknowledgement that they have even received my email..... so are they serious about this stuff or not?
-
What is the expected time line??
-
it will be done when its done.
-
just because you have 3 provinces all wanting to get invited to the same kingdom doesnt mean its a multi or that they are doing anything wrong.might just mean since they are all are the largest in your kingdom that they just want to play in a better kd.

Thunder - if that was the only thing then what you say could be true...but we now have 2 issues here...
1 - the multi's themselves - and the email has more information - logging on and off at same time...the correspondence with one of the multi's always referring to the provinces as joined etc.... the same spelling mistakes in messages from supposedly different provinces...
2 - the simple lack of acknowledgement from support that they have even received the email... that is what has me more concerned... I have read multiple posts in this forum about getting the game cleaned...and I am all in favour of it...so an answer of "it will get done when it gets done"...is not helpful....
-
you'll get a mail when the report has been investigated - no one is going to waste their time saying they received a mail.
-
Bishop - It is called a response - and most companies will send out an acknowledgement...simple as that... My guess is that with EOA approaching that nothing will be done...lets wait and see if I am proved right...
-
You'll get a mail when its read and actioned - not before.
-
And guess what - EOA is almost upon us and no action to date.... guess we reallly know now where this sits in the order of priorities....... or am I just overly cynical....
