Yea, I'm getting it too...
I'll email the devs...
It told me ”this is a future homepage”...
See Brians post below.
...seems to be working again.
That was very odd...
Edit: and not working again...
sedoparking.com is the last thing that tries to load...
Still not working for me over here.
Same problem here for me and my kd mates.
I am getting this problem too!
I would submit a support number but I cant access the game :P
Hey, we're looking into this now.
Our servers have not been hacked.
And utopia-game.com has not expired.
This is a DNS issue: utopia-game.com is resolving to the incorrect IP address. So this appears to be a problem with mydomain.com who are our name server providers.
Will let you know when we know more.
Perfect! Nice to hear Brian.
You can all try this in Windows in "Run..."
cmd
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
Try again.
can you tell us the correct ip address so that we can login by typing ip directly into the address bar? (armies are waiting to attack :) )
Thank you for the update and a quick response Brian.
Keep up the good work
In the meanwhile, anyone knows the IP address of the Utopia server?
I think I'll save it somewhere in a file on my computer for future references.
bummer, off to play skyrim i suppose
Oh yay, now we can all look forward to the Utopian withdrawals...my hands are already shaking. :P lol.
I can log in on my phone but not my laptop if that helps and gives u any ideas lol
I get to a parked domain page saying "this is a future home page". The adress is still utopia-game.com, but it loads up from sedoparking.com, and ends up in a green, ugly page...
[18:55] <kit> open dns works still
[18:55] <kit> 208.67.222.222 for dns
[18:55] <kit> and do ipconfig /flushdns
all hail kit.
I was fine till the guys that were previously redirected could log in again. Now I can't log in...
yup - still only the white death screens for me.
This looks like "DNS Poisoning". If you're having this problem post here and tell us what country you're in.
Im in England cant log in on my laptop however i can log in on my phone using its own internet and the same wifi connection as my laptop
Worked for me about 30 minutes ago, but now it's giving me a white screen. I'm from the Netherlands.
The Netherlands. Previously unaffected.
Not working in Asia, Sweden, Canada, US either..
US - Florida to be more exact if you need it.
Singapore not working too... my armies are coming home! I stayed up til 3am for nothing! Zzzzz

yah i have the same problem. when i try to click my bookmark for utopia i get sent to a future home page thing.
I live in San Diego Ca. USA
what are we gonna do?????!!! =)
So Africa seems fine then... :-p
Same thing in Sweden, could use Utopia 15 min ago. But not now..
I was hoping it ran out, why can't I quit you utopia
I have "This is future homepage" page.
East Europe
at least 45 minutes
I'm getting this screen and I'm in the United States.
Flushing DNS might help, although not just opendns, but also google's DNS servers report multiple addresses for utopia-game.com, while only one is the real one.
I doubt renewing your IP address would hardly make any change, so "ipconfig /release" + "ipconfig /renew" would be your last resort, windows guys.
The real IP address everyone are looking for is 174.129.4.172, however you cannot access it with the IP only, since it redirects to "utopia-game.com/shared".
What you can do is edit your hosts file and add a line like this:
On windows, your hosts file is located in your windows directory (usually C:\Windows) system32 -> drivers -> etcQuote:
174.129.4.172 utopia-game.com
It has no extension, you have to open it with text editor (notepad, wordpad, word, notepad++, etc).
This is generallly for windows XP, I think in windows 7 the path is similar.
In linux, edit as root your /etc/hosts file
the syntax is the same
not working in romania either
LAME!!! well take your time... im getting raped in a war.. it will give me time to put some frozen veggies on my ass :)
Thanks for stealing my solution, Eus :P
The path is the same in Win7 and make sure you have enough user rights to edit the file
