I think he had ended the EOW CF early too.
i think the random factor for oow hits is higher as well. i usually oversend by 15-20% and get tough victories, using my own (20%) intel.
but i'm pretty sure it's hellrazor scumbagging more than anything.

He purposefully lied about his defense at home. He said 1,198,xxx home, 4% random factor, 1.26 mill beaks. I sent 1.261 mill. Surprise - Ibounced.
When I hit him, he ran his thieves on me (pretty sucky run, if you ask me), then hit me, then calle followed up with two hits.

Allowing razes into war but not while in war really ruins the game. It's a shame.

Come on guys, calle + Hellrazor did very well as dual banks, very skilled (except for some noobing here and there). They just lack morale. Completely.
I have a question, somewhat related to this topic. I never banked, but if i did, and i was in war(s) where my kd mates got trashed and i farmed - would that be considered illegal ? I mean, if i deliberately stay in a war to keep farming to grow, where is the line when it changes from warring to farming (and who draws it) ? I am not saying that is what csarmi did (just to clarify), but i am interested in knowing when it is considered legal for the community to deal with it, if they find it to be farming and decide to hit into my war. Keep in mind, nobody could say i was farming, only me and my kd mates would know the truth - so what parameters is the community using to determine whether or not im fighting a legit war, or just farming for #1 position ?
There is not simple answer. If its top kd and they can win cow n1 but cant win n1 for kd stay in war for longer is good move to can win at least cow. If its early age and your cow can grow and rest from kd will be crushed its good move again. All provs can find easy land after war is over for grow again but cow cant, so its better for kd. If you are in ghetto and you have 2-3 active provinces and you loss this war because all are inactive and so n00b, noting wrong cow to keep war for longer and gain. At lest he play and have goal. Rest are just free food don't matter if kd are in war or peace. If you have active ghetto and cow cant finish top 3. There is no point to stay in war when you loss clear.Quote:

I think that if u are monarch by nw u can do what u want and the kd can just defect if they get trashed. its built in the game mechanics that u get to control the kd when u get big enough.
If your core loses the war clearly, you should withdraw because that's respectful to your opponents. But that's just a line I would always follow myself. It migth be beneficial to your KD to stay even with core trashed, cause as ElitBG pointed out, regaining the lost land on core is easy as cake (for instance, just explore it back).Quote:
