I've agreed all along that it was a lame act on you. The part that you don't like is that I also say that you did a lot of lame things yourself and you also could have prevented the lame act on you at multiple points. You say that not cfing sanc had nothing to do with dodging/stalling havoc, yet when they noticed (before any awareness of ops from sanc) you still were saying they couldn't notice you as long as you didn't cf sanc post war.
Sanc had like 3 provinces rob gc from you yet instead of just cutting your losses and cfing them, you decide to wave them on the spot within 5 minutes of the ops. After you waved them, sanc and havoc both approached you on irc to try and discuss cf's, and again you wouldn't take a reasonable one even with havoc reinstating notice. Every time you kept refusing or not pursuing cf's, your situation kept getting worse and worse.
In the end, Havoc felt that due to you treating them poorly earlier and refusing diplomacy when they tried to get you and sanc cf'd and them even giving you advanced notice that they would notice you as soon as you were out of war, that they decided to wave.
That's the situation and it won't change no matter how mad it makes you. Yes, it was lame what they did, but you've done many lame things yourself and you did have many opportunities to avoid what happened.
