Checking ancillary forums for conflicts isn't a requisite part of the game. As such, you shouldn't expect people to check the forums to see if you've noticed a kingdom. Easier, faster and able to track an in game message versus if someone checks a non required forum.

People know its me robing them, theres shadowlight, theres failed ops ... just pointing out that if you are reasonable you will be ignored.
If you are thorn in a side and people remember you things get ugly.
