So the punishment was deletion, not IP banning correct? It's end of age, take a week vacation, make new provinces and join Jesters for next age.

Although, if both are legit, and never used the other devices, that means there might be an issue with xlogging detection; and that certainly should be looked at. Only, however, if they actually 100% are certain they never used the other's device to login.

Wow. This got long fast. My experience in Jesters was that they were honorable. And hello.

Krissy and Stever own the same model cell phone and tablet. I believe them, my wife and I have the same phone for the same reason - providers often provide specials where family plans get the same devices.

From what was provided as evidence, the anti-xlogging consists of checking user agent strings. While that typically would work, this is an edge case where it didn't since their IP and device make/models are the same.

Believe them or don't believe them. They have both played in other kingdoms and are definitely a husband/wife married couple.

It sounds like the solution for them is ensuring they are logging on using completely different devices -- one uses a tablet, the other uses a cell phone.

I'm 100% sure we DID NOT USE THE SAME DEVICE in the last 24hr like the 1 log bishop sent us said we did.

I never said that is what they did and I do not understand they they are banned. I said it is stupid that your determining factor for multi login essentially prohibits people that live together from playing utopia unless they buy separate sets of hardware to log in from.

I understand deletions without warnings for new accounts - that would set off all sorts of flags.

But two players who have been playing for years from shared IP addresses set off a flag and without a warning you delete both? That seems like a very heavy handed approach to customer support, especially for a situation where the implications of the actions are not particularly damaging to the product.

First, you angry with bishop, threaten to quit the game and said " no more spending anymore money on this biased game"
On the other hand, I saw your side just bought 2 invitations in the kingdom news.

What's crazier is that we were given the ok to play when we started...

You really shouldn't purchase invites until you're done talking with Bishop about getting the provinces reinstated because now if they get their provinces back, you just bought and used two invites for nothing...unless of course this has been established already.

wow, this bring me to another question. Can the invite be brought forward to next age like credits?

I really love the Bishop I am right you are wrong attitude, NOT.

That said you people got angry with him for all the wrong reasons and started trying to bash him in all the wrong ways, I'd ban you all myself as well. I can understand though, visibly you feel attacked and you responded with aggression. Normal response when one feels a member of their group (or a friend if you will) is being wronged.

Just be more careful in the future, try to figure out what set of the flag and don't repeat said action (I hope you don't leave the game because you seem like rational people). I say this because the age is almost over, you didn't really lose much from your experience in Utopia, if anything this made it more interesting.
