Thats what I try to figure out what went bad or is not allowed. You cant avoid this in the future if you're not told what exactly you did wrong or did not do if you play by the book. As I am still waiting for Bishops response for my #191 post - how do you determine if there is 1 or 2 persons?

I worked several years in flight company and one of my tasks was to detect frauds. Bishop, explanations like that dont work - you must admit it. Just check the log file we've seen in previous posts. If you cant provide more detailed info then your system must be faulty and you just dont want to admit it. I bet Uto forum are many IT geeks who are willing to help uto to survive - for free!

You should have opened with something like that, no need for all the smack talk. What really made your KD look bad was that. I'm impartial here and as I was reading every aggressive post was just leaving Bishop no other choice but to ban you or to humiliate you in his classic style, he chose both.

When you worked with detecting frauds you provided all information you gathered for everyone too see as well? Nothing behind close doors all was availabe for the public to be viewed? Your assumption that just cause information isnt revealed then it must be faulty is stupid.

Of course i had to provide with additional info as highlighted lines. when, where, how and so on. to prevent court case hehe. I'm too busy to scroll back if krissy approved to post it here or not but at least he could explain that to her! i'm not asking anything impossible just explanation. How do you determine if there is 1 or 2 persons? chillax korp :)

You're not asking you are claiming that just cause he doesnt provide information his system is faulty. Hell its not even claiming its stating, I was merley pointing out that yourself should realize that just cause a person doesnt provide all information doesnt mean there is none.

The behavioral flags can be set off a lot of different ways. For instance, it can look extremely incriminating if you idle/monitor predominantly on one province and only log the other momentarily to attack. If you drill down into the detail, I'm sure you can see whether or not a person premeditated moves on the former province that were executed on the latter.

I would never multi, but if I did, these are some considerations I would make:
-Are my IP addresses different to prevent mutually exclusive targeting?
-Is my IP address unique from other multis on the server or did I just use the first thing I found on Google?
-Will my mac addresses show as unique?
-If on one device, am I using different browsers?
-Are those cookies stored to different places?
-Are those browsers set to the same size indicating that they may be being being viewed on the same screen?
-Are any of my logins or page request patterns statistically way too close to be two people?
-Do each of my provinces display individual-esque decision making and execution patterns?
-Do I communicate in-game in ways that seem as though they're two completely different people?
-Have I been bragging about having multiple provinces recently?
-Am I generally avoiding situations that are going to cause people to report me?
-Have I been buying a lot of credits to compensate for any shortcomings above?

Sigh, who even got the time for going multi mode?

If you cheat, then probably(I personally dunno) yes you should ask yourselves those questions.
No cheating is going on here since they were whitelisted before they started to play in Jesters. For 2 years everything was fine and I am sure the KD(like others) got checked out on more then 1 occasion. They need to use the same browsers so their Stinger extensions work on the hardware. They play in a some what organised KD, so on a general rule, they will do similar things.

Why did they get deleted now?

This also makes me want to repeat a question that got ignored,
Are couples that live togheter that can prove they are actually 2 diffrent people allowed to play togheter?
This case shows otherwise and the forumpost made by Bishop that supposably answers that question is very unclear and very inprecise, it leaves a lot of room for a free interpretation, the rule can be bent towards the given situation and not the way around. (IMHO ofc)

They did not login from same device, they have 2 devices that are the same model but they are diffrent, just have to check the MAC adress, look at the avatar of Frugal Bagginses....

im quite sure it was implied a few times from jesters that theyve used same device, then the story turned into devices of the same model..

Its obvious that they did something recently to trigger it.

It doesnt matter if you can prove that they are two different people cause that's not the issue.

Something? What something cause I don't see the game rules explaining anything. They fulffil every requirement to play togheter in the same KD. What is the problem then?
