Questions from TFC war.

If this can be answered generally, is it better to build your lands in such balance that you convert somewhat little between various phases (war, growth, pumping, etc) or are wild swings preferred?
No, it's always best to devote dedicated builds that are conducive to your goals. Wild swings is thus "preferred".

How much better or worse would this war have been for us had we all been Faeries and all of us were pumped up to where Elanor was at the start? Would it have made any difference?
No idea how pumped Elanor was at the start, but all faery is a pretty hard setup to legitimately war with anyway. I presumed you joined because of the niche and novelty factor, more so than utopia dominance. In general though, you would need synergy with your faeries and more coordination. For starters, get some rogues.

What tactic would you use against an all Faery Kd that was built up?
basically what we did. massacre what we can break to harvest later and negate their opping ability. Then conquest stuff we can't break, and then finally trad the massacred ones.

What small change in terms of builds and per acre stats on our side would have gone the farthest to making things harder for you in this war?
Main thing you had to do was organizational based not ratio, so more coordination of ops, and higher quantity of them. Your builds were fine, but for a lot of you, you would benefit from libraries.

Similar to the last question, I think we all knew how things would go for this war before we got in it, but was there one thing that, once you had a better look at us, had you thinking, "Oh my, this is going to be even better than I had imagined?"
when we lightning striked 1.5million runes at declare time, no specs to slay drake (if lame nub didn't send it early), and your general inactivity, to tell you the honest truth.
