I love how that link describing scrubs accurately portrays many forum members. People complain about how they could beat top KDs but don't want to, when really they just aren't playing to win. Simians and BIO are proving they can compete. If that means they have to sacrifice real life stuff, then so be it. Good stuff Anri, keep making this game interesting.

An update:

Without giving away any plans:
Entire KD is feeling positive and were going positive in acres again and managed to close the nw-gap sanctuary created. Lots of aid going around and lots of orcs hurting on their side. We wont stop until we got what we came for. The WW, positive honor and land. Were positive in all just need that WW. Whatever extra honor and land we can get is a bonus from here on. But i think we have them. :)

Actually, it's only a scrub argument if he's using it to explain why Anri is "doing well in the game". If he's just saying Anri is a narcissist, it's not really about the game at all.

Nah, the "no-lifer" argument is used many times in on-line communities by scrubs. Indicating that they are superior by having a "real life" and, simultaneous, hinting that should they wish to be more active they would top charts. People mocking other for playing a game a lot via that games online forum make me laugh.

2) I'm in dreamworks which means I do not wish to be more active because I've already topped the charts & owned simians twice.

As for my requests: please don't remove explore pool gains in war unless it's made possible for non-cows to explore again and to explore much faster; in the current rules the explore pool gains are the only way for warring kingdoms to grow. But do please weaken faery, which is incredibly overpowered. Remind me at the end of the age and I'll make actual proposals for good changes this time.

Millennium Falcon and Elf are effectively disabled and not likely to be a factor again in the war.

Mchammer just happened to get chained down low at that instant; you can see from his networth he's still very much a player.

Zeta is right on the cusp. Currently turtling and hitting for 40 acres a wave. Not contributing much right now, but since he's hard to hurt he could get back in it.

Our province of Ducktales really bamboozled their chainees. After taking something like 1,000 hits on land def and quad-tapping to stay alive, he held armies for 8 hours while he trained up 4k dspecs. His next hit left him unbreakable, and falcon and elf had nobody to hit. However disabling them as we did had some cost. Humorously enough one of our other provinces that had previously been down to land def - Spiderman - is now among the biggest of our orcs.

Whether any of this matters remains to be seen. Most people will tell you that it's the top end that determines long wars, not the bottom.

You did a good job at dropping my province(ZetaMu) in the beginning, but I am too active to get disabled...keep trying though :)

Most people would be wrong. If you can make provinces unable to hit you and your opponnent cannot, you will win. I suspect you agree with me based on your war strategy so far.

Out of 1000 trad marches, make 985 of them trad marches and 15 of them massacres and ducktales would be dead, and unable to effectively kill off Simians' guys as he has been doing.

I see three separate battles going on here, in the core, the bigs, and the smalls. We won the battle of the smalls so far which helps the battle of the core. But it would take a long, long time to influence the battle of the bigs.

They massacred, learned, razed...are there any other types of attacks I'm forgetting? But as long as you have acres incoming and offense intact you are not disabled.
