I can't really understand your justification in this thread. TBB plunder CR *2 and don't give relations. CR dont retal. FS hit you *7 and give relations (you have no meter with CR). CR then hit *2 in retal to your plunders "x" hours before and don't give relations (you still have no meter with CR). While you have open relations with FS you full wave CR?
That is pretty basic diplo in my mind whether you are old/new to any tier in the game.
You have put yourself in a double hostile situation because you panicked. You have made a terrible blunder and if neither CR or FS choose to diplo you at this point then you have no-one to blame but yourself.
