Rename Tactician to something better. Like General.
One question: is eoa date still the same ?
Tactician sounds cooler, so please don't rename it.
Remove shep 10% pop bonus
Give shep +75% birthrates instead.
Artisan. Make them +15% BE instead and -50% construction time.
Give Gnomes +10% pop
No to all those things.
Gnomes are gutted for attacking purposes under these changes, and even a gnome rogue looks weak. Dramatically underpowered.

Gnome was never strong to begin with, and that hasn't changed with these changes.
Or has it?
Elites have gotten immense price-increases for all other races now, and they have a lot less turtle-power than gnomes, too. Plus, you get increased stealth-regen.
Stop complaining, and play something else this age.
56% increased BE for Dwarf Artisan...wow...
Add science to that, too.
Omg this mean Gnomes don't really need specialists at all.
