Playerbase does not matter a great deal as long as they are active. What is important is having leaders who know how to play every situation correctly and outplay others.
For example Pulse always had a good playerbase and "okay" leaders. When did they finally win, when they got flogger. If flogger is coming to Inzzolence you can make a case for a top contender.
