Taking intel into EOWCF?

If you want you could refrain from taking intel into an active conflict, over the off chance someone uses Shadowlight (to sold bounce for instance). You'd have to be quite unlucky to trigger a vital SH though - but the argument could be made. I wouldn't consider it myself, but I'm not a very nice person that way.

Other than that... well, how else can we be expected to know about the comings and goings and happenings in our secluded lil uto-bubble?

He's talking out of his hoop. Intel is specifically exempted from the eowcf mechanic between kingdoms because getting Intel of people in war or eowcf is required.

Taking intel is fine, like Tadpole said the only real repercussion is accidental removal of Shadowlight.

Shadow Light costs runes. So I'm biased.

In EOWCF those don't matter unless you're merchant and then you're too greedy to cast SL anyways.

SL is super expensive, i dont really see the point in it tbh. Sure it will tell ya who is the perpetrator is, but there is a very high chance that you will know who it is anyways. Even halfer rogues on orc attackers fail.

In this case it appears that the OP is upset about being intelled in EOWCF, dunno why he would even care, and dunno why he would cast SL. Such a waste of runes ....
