Different kinds of situations! RoO has into many wars yet neither of those instances were deemed policeable! Context is what matters in each of those situations.
That being said I might consider warring you guys on equal acreage if you really want a war to happen. Youd have to give us a little time to catch up though!

CR was policed for top chart shaping. The entire top was unequivocal on this.
