I want do not want to be rube this started because I want to one on one Dharan but he won't because he knows he will lose. VT2 has nothing to do with this it is only among the two in the battle. My terms were that 1) we fight once we are both ready 2) no attacks on other provinces. This is also counts plunders. 3) No aid. we have to block all in comming aid. 4) I won't use gnome because that would make it to unfair. You have to agree to these trems. Any one of us to break any of the terms loses.

No you want it to be quick because in a longer fight I have a bigger advantage. However, I will agree to the seven days. Number 2 and 3 are a must. Everthing must be by your own province. And I am not going to use gnome it wouldn't be on fair.
You have seven days, which includes protection, to get ready.
The first thing you both do is block your aid.
A summary of the rules.
1) no aid in, no aid out.
2) no exploring, and no paradising.
3) seven days, then you're going to start hitting each other.
4) you can attack anyone you want during the seven days, with whatever attack you want. This is to give vines a taste of the real world, where turtles don't get anywhere.
Go ahead and create, gentlemen, and drop me your locations over PM once you're settled, so I can verify that you're actually on a real province.

I don't have a problem with term 4 but the thing is people can cheat. They can have a farm account set up with a bunch of gc and then at the last moment let all military go. And so for that reason I can't agree to that term. So to make sure no one cheats none of use can plunder. This is will ensure that there is no cheating. However, I'll agree to term 4 in good faith that he will not cheat. However I think he will. The reason I believe he will cheat is because he needed 24 hour notice.
The server is very slow an I am unable to log in. So to make sure that both side make an account at the same time we will make an account tomorrow at the same agreed time or until server is back up and we can log in.
People can't cheat when I'm watching them, vines.
Don't worry about cheating, or breaking the rules, because I have zero tolerance for either, and will be watching you both.

Massive LOL. It seems that vines lucked out of having to back down due to blatant OMAC tom-foolery. If ever there is a point in time in the near future when the game is up and running for longer than a 1 week time frame, we can do this, or basically never. In the happenstance that vines constantly backs down until the sever crashes, and then starts talking about being ready to fight someone.
I wanna see VT2 against vines since he is doing nothing else on gen
Although i think this game is not a one-on-one type of a thing, I actually wouldnt mind going up against VT2, i wanna see what it feels like going up against the guy who is At one with the keyboard :)

The reason mass homes is as worthless as it is is net worth. In a standard build, opnw and opa are pretty indistinguishable, but when you inflate your nw so much with homes (which give extra units, aka networth), they become pretty innefficient. You may get a bit more raw offense out of homes than out of training grounds, but the your offense per networth is much higher with training grounds, since homes require new raw units.
Also: I think he's just being stupid. Because excess peasants can't get BE over 100. That can only be done by dwarf/sci.
Mostly correct, but i believe having a **** load of homes does increase BE, now...having more than 10% homes is overkill for any non-gnome, homes are a very slow process, and if u are gaining land fast, their effects take TOO long to effectively settle in, i.e:
first build and wait for homes to be done > wait for extra pezzies to populate > wait for them to get drafted > wait for them to be trained
Gain some land and ur back into that hole, just takes too long imo, having some is good, too many is inefficient and usually ineffective. In fact id rather have TG or stables instead to increase offense, TG give immediate effect, and stables u just have to wait for a little while for the little ponies to populate

I can tell Turtle Man has nevery played high homes. With high homes everything happens faster. Drafting, birth rate everything is bigger and better. Say you're a 50% but you still want to draft t0 60%. When I want to make two points first of all it will take less time for your high home province to draft up to 50% because you have more population meaning 1% of your population is more than the normal. And because you have high home your 50% darft is more like a 60% when compared to a province with little homes.
just a few points in that logic thier vines. When dealing with percentages if you are at 50% draft and want to get to 60% draft, by drafting 1% each hour, it is going to take the exact same amount of time whether you run 50% homes or 0% homes. Also, you where right that a 50% draft at 50% homes is simliar to 60% draft with 0 homes becuse it would yield a simlair sized miltary. however if the person with 0% homes ran 25% forts and 25% TG his miltary is going to put out far more OP and DP and at lower NWPA....

i think that you are really no where on the homes strategy where we will discuss the fact that more than 50% is defo about 60% in which case high homes are much more useless, however you would not understand that since you urself are which in case we should bring about the point that because bigger and better homes on a province would still eat up a good portion you no how good sci pump would be in the case of heavenly monkies coming down and handing books to a poor little province where the you no vines is really coming around on this whole idea of we dont no what the **** u are saying or what the **** u are trying to point out

Evi11one did you read what i posted. High homes means bigger population that means 1% vs 1% of a province with little to no homes will mean more troops drafted for every %.
And Turtleman your post didn't make any sense to me. But I will comment on the part about higher forts and tgs will give a high opa and dpa and with lower networth. Yeah that's true but the problem is that most people have a crap BE so it really doesn't work out that way.
