To be honest, I am wondering why 4:15 did not declare/retaliate back other than with FB/MS. They had the upper hand in land, army size, and economy. I am wondering if it was an incohesive decision to evade, but why not offer a CF or respond back to messages from 7:6 that seeks to CF? What is the point of prolonging this conflict?
I wouldn't see why this wouldn't go to war. The two kingdoms are 3.5 million NW apart, most of which is all acres, and DOA's orcs seem largely shelled out.

Anyone got a troop count on the two kds? 4.2 mil nw diff but 50k acre diff. So that nw is mostly land. Could actually be pretty close?
150 nw/orcs arent a good sign for any incoming war vs a wall of faeries. Did some SoTs and those 1 mil orcs sit on 400k-500k off with one at 495k and a 6k orc at 524k throne off as their best. Their peasants count range from 12k to 25k
