It is difficult o see as to why Emeriti cannot capitalize the situation where they have double the peasant count of BB.

As far as BB goes, they have done a good job staying ahead in military numbers but again I assume that most of it is cos of that 1 solo bank! Whoever it is, Happy 60k acres :)

i dont think it is the one sided dragon alone dorje - u turned the war when you actually started to deep chain and use your top core to soften those chains up. you got a 16 hour headstart in feeding the bottom core credits, while we fed tons to our 2nd bank to bring it into farm mode comparable to bitter sweet

because double the peasents doesnt mean they have a good econ compared to military counts or even each other when you toss in things like humans on 1 side, 1 way dragons cuting econ/draft rates and massive amounts of unbuilt acres.

As it is 1.6 million peasents is only 8 peasents/acre while thats enough to gain an advantage you dont really start driving in an econ advantage untill that econ has sat on you for 24+ hours due to time to draft+train.

Double the peasants is a huge econ advantage. We lost what advantage we had by slaying the dragon though. That was a day ago. So it takes a little time to come into play. Keep in mind we were eating one-way (two-thirds way?) dragon for the majority of this war until 24 hours ago. Since slaying we've netted +1.5m nw versus them.

But Bitter has no peasants. He has 750k troops, eats occasional ms, and fireball. He's huge but he can't go anywhere and he will never get peasants. It's just a matter of time now until he goes down, though he can prolong that by turtling and hurting us less and less in the meantime.

Unfortunately the hold-out-forever strategy actually works at eoa, when you can simply screw over your opponent by not withdrawing. It's not really good strategy though as the favor tends to get returned.

I also think of it this way... any op done to the huge cow has more impact than any op BB can do.

The war looks clearly over to me. It's now up to BB how they want to proceed? I'm still new to this stuff... but this sets up possible relations for ages to come?

Will be interesting to see if Emeriti can bring that big cow down, that would deffinately turn the tide =)

You chose a short-term war strategy when you declared. I don't know where this screwing over your opponent comes from, but that's not the reason for not withdrawing.
Fwiw, threats like that certainly don't work in your favor...

It's been a Great War, the most challenge and fun I've had since returning to the game so big thanks for that. Hopefully this trend continues into future ages.

No disrespect meant whatsoever but it depends on your goals which you alone can only know. If the goal is / was to overtake #1 land by staying in war or force WW, it's no longer achieve able based on the stats and trend (a 40k land swing isn't happening in two days) I don't want to get into thought on what happens if eoa gets pushed back for another week or two since it's not an option but I share the viewpoint that bitter isn't going anywhere. So based on that logic, if staying in war was the purpose of that, the purpose can no longer be fulfilled.

What Proteus is trying to say is: "Just withdraw and jdorje messed up, don't mind him."

In my ten ages of fighting I've never seen a kd withdraw when they're packing on the cow acres. Not until the cow is in threat.

Your kd top offense is 2.3m and my cow can send 4 mil keeping 3m home. Second secured cow can send 1.2m keeping over 2.1m home.

We went different strategies in the war as well, To each his own. Just like how we chose to open the fight.

You guys basically sacked cow troops for drake,again an unseen move when the cows are actually at risk of being farmed. Avian birth rate on a fallen cow with a boosted wpa from the drop meant it was very hard to fireball. That's basically where the econ advantage is coming from.

You spent the last 36h securing core with troops on spec credits while we secured another cow in the meantime. We can all speculate about the what ifs and what nots if war was to wage another week whether bitter sweet will be 100k or will fall. Fact is, it isn't falling, not in the near future.

Dorje messaged my council and pleaded us to do the math like, hey look we have 1 mil peasants we can make 10k specs every hour. Extrapolate it and we do this we do that. C'mon, less talking more doing. Pump the way you say you intend to pump and we see from there.

All in all still, a very good fight and thumbs up to everyone involved. Special shoutout to mod whose commitment has been unwavering and top notch in this draining fight.
