The purpose of the system already disproves that statement. The whole idea behind this system is to free (to an extend) non cheaters (majority) of having to compete/deal with cheaters (minority).

Ticks have nothing to do with the developers ability to code. Your analogy was weak and irrelevant. If you actually want to contribute to a discussion that's great, but if you just want to whine and waste my time I'll ignore you.

I would rather deal with a few cheaters than wipe out the majority of non-cheaters.

Like I've said before, I would rather deal with a few cheaters than lose honest players.

This system is a way to do that.
