Yeah sure, attack into a fortified kingdom while your gains are crap, then let Simians declare and get a full first wave in war. With our war with BiO, neither kingdom full waved in fort. I don't know if you guys even remember but the whole idea of Utopia is strategy is it not? Utopia "The STRATEGY game for Hardcore players." Key word being Strategy. It's not sanctuaries fault that they were fully committed to wave Simian's as soon as they went out of fortified, and Simian's hit into HoH (who at the time did not hit back). Simian's did give Sanct notice and cause them to be pumped instead of dicing, which slowed their growth. Last time I checked they still wanted to win the age, so are you guys saying that because Anri says so, they have to just miss out on all that dice time, then just roll over when Simian's say, nah we said we will fight you, we gave you notice, now we changed our mind, so sucks to be you for missing out on all that dicing.

And before Sanct waved Simians did they not say they will wave once Simians got out of fortified? Well before Simians waved HoH. And guess what, they did it. Jesus Christ. When I was monarch of a ghetto kingdom last age this happened to us almost every single war and we got in 6 wars at the end of the age... no one gave a crap, God forbid how it's such a big deal now. Simians do something dodgy and then defend themselves saying its perfectly fine, now something dodgy happens, brought on by the decisions that Simian's made as Dharan said, and they cry woe is me. Deal with the cards you have been given.
I enjoy having kingdoms like Simians and BiO up top , It makes things interesting. I hope that next age Simians is right up there in top 5 with BiO. HoH is always getting mixed up with Absalom due to cf with them and probably always will which is unfortunate. We enjoy wars against good competition, as far as I know the age isn't over and anything can happen.
We have warred the 2 kingdoms that last age beat the bejeezus out of us trying to get some respect back from the community and ourselves. We have gotten the respect back for ouselves, I hope that we have gained it back from the community.
I wish all of this Sanctuary/Absalom had never happened and we would have had a 1 vs 1 fight, it didn't pan out that way tho. We did the best we could in a bad situation and warred. I don't think belittling good competition does not help make the game better, i do
Like a little smack talk from time to time like a lot here. But there is a time and a place for that, and this is neither.
Kudos to Anri and Simians for making the game interesting and rolling the dice taking a chance on #1 rather then becoming complacent in 2-3 spot doing whatever he could to give his kingdom the best chance he could for his kingdom. Like I say the age is not over and it might be an uphill fight but I hope they do continue to try for thier crown and wish them luck regardless of the outcome of this war. As far as I'm concerned we have won, winning for us is respect NOT crowns.
Waving a KD in fortified with all their armies at home is the single most stupid thing I have heard especially when you know they will be leaving fortified soon. Any other idiotic comments?Quote:

I am not making any excuses for simians at all. we tried something and it failed. I do think sanc-dorje did hit into a hostile, but it is us the simians who allowed that to happen. had we noticed all three abs kds and made it march 1 , march 7 and march 13 then we be fine cause we would been hostile with hoh and hoh-siamians would had a battle. But we didnt we made mistakes, this does not make us a ghetto. All the hate flying is stupid, Anri is a great leader, he got simians in top 4 in the hunt vs 3 good kds sanc, rage and hoh alot more then most kds can say. I support anri right or wrong. this wasnt his age but i am sure he and Simians will be back to fight again.
Also i think dorje did great job tricking simians into thinking they would fight hoh alone. he built his cow up great
Hoh should be commended also especailly crazy pete for his post as they never once talked **** to us that i know of
and rage also, proteus was cool when i talked to him and althought we have went from friends to enemies in past and had our own words he was a good leader and treated us with respect.
It funny most the people throwing hate at anri and simians here arent even in those 3 kds, those 3 kds have acted civil. It is the riff raff wannabees who talk ****... i dont know the exact quote really from the movie THE FIRm where jack nicholson says if you dont like the way i defend you get your own gun and fight. I suggest some these guys who are quick to jump on anri stop talking and go try fight him, cause as i see it simians still is ranked 4th and they arent.
Ghettos make mistakes every day. It's the elimination of such errors that makes a kingdom better. Keep working at it guys, I suspect by age 100 you'll have it down to a science.
Also, those kingdoms project a civil front. You should be aware they're laughing hysterically in private.

I've talent to spare. You should be made aware that 2/3 of the kingdom was forum recruits and a few of them don't even use irc. The fact that you didn't pull enough acres off us to compensate for lost dicing speaks volumes about the state of your own crew. We can discuss talent when you back 2 back.
The one thing I don't get is when anri says "our age was over the minute sanc waved us (as we were giving hoh the button)"...since I had told you an hour earlier we were going to wave you, that means you chose to end your age? Or did you think it was over already and just wanted to have something to complain about?
