As DE, 3.7 wpa raw, 49% sci, everyone I'm casting on is within 35% of my nw in full blown war. I casted MS on a full kd of dwarves who likely aren't running more than 1.5-2 wpa tops (low guild coverage, low activity) and the result was 1/20 successful. Maybe an act of god? Numbers didn't add up? I saved up for a second run and got the same exact results, this time only 2/20 was successful.
Self spells no problem btw... at least for ToG, I haven't cast other spells enough to see any patterns. Maybe duration spells, can test oow I guess.
I sent a email also when I made this post with concrete data and such, and asked them to at least give me an email back of smtg if they don't consider this as a bug... but they didn't though I was worth the trouble I guess :(
as i said first..these are my numbers: DE with over 6 wpa raw and 50% magic science against dwarf with under 2 wpa. And failed spells in war like hell. And succeeded those spells in hostile!
That's my BIG problem...same spells on same target in same conditions succeed out of war and fail in war!

average of all successful dice ops is 3... that to me is unreasonably low for such a costly spell
yup, gains seem even worse than last age. Granted I was mystic that age but still... 10%+ guilds should at least allow people to cast minor and fertile without trying 6 times.
My humble opinion that is.
At least being cast on in wars is pretty much impossible as well.

Another war...the same problem, only on dwarfs! There is one dwarf in the enemy kd which grow 50% of his original size. I have 6 wpa and i failed 8 MS on him one after other!
I cast on any other provinces without any problems but on dwarfs...not! And not just that, but i loose mages in each fail, i'm down from 8k mages to almost 7.5k now after two days of war!
If things don't get better soon, i loose my nervs and delete my prov...can't play like this! WTF do you want me to do if 6 wpa raw can't do anything against a dwarf with max 1.5 wpa?
OMAC, get your lousy programmers to work at this, i have never seen so much incompetence in my entire experience as programmer!!!
with 20-25% guilds it was about 100% success rate with 4-8 acres..Quote:
