Which of these setups is more advantageous?

I think I'm starting to understand why BIO and Mercy arent very good at utopia.

Anyone of these setups can be beat by one of the others...

For what it's worth, I still say A.

First and foremost, it hugely depends on strategies performed by both kingdoms, initial and responsive...

But at first glance,
A >> B
C > B
A ~> C

Basically B is the worst. A and C are arguable, I'd probably would say A is better, but depending on strategy C could take on A.

its probubly shifted in that direction due to honor nerf and a weaker overall feary.
