Okey dokey.
Set your draft at a few percent and send soldiers exploring each tick, (play from your phone). Set sciences at minimal and put your initial books into Alchemy.
Raze 40 Homes (some people wait until new buildings are in for a very slightly higher income but not me), build 250 Guilds and 70 banks. Build explored acres as - majority Banks, 20(ish) Towers and enough Armouries to give you 20-25%. Dont sleep if possible. Make certain your armouries are all built by 19 hours before OOP - having them all built by mid protection will save on draft costs but Banks, Farms and Towers also have high priority.
Regarding drafting, between the 1st tick and the 36(ish), if you have explored to size there is no point drafting early as it simply lowers your net income.
Come OOP with even(ish) numbers of Archers and Elf Lords as well as .5+ TPA.
When your army is drafted and trained to your personal satisfaction, switch Armouries to Watchtowers. As your Elf province starts to grow after coming OOP add in extra Farms, Watchtowers and Towers - as well as enough Hospitals and Forts for 10%(ish) of each/both.
My thoughts regarding Elf strats so far this Age.
