In an RPG u can play the good guy or the villian. Same way the game doesnt restricts you from being villians. In a game perspective there's no issue if u want to be a villian. Of course the "good" will then gather and try to vanquish you.

Allow me to conduct a short English lesson here for idiots (if you admit yourself as one)
Your EOWCF i believe you mean END of WAR Cease Fire. By the meaning of END means finish, no more.
So your question of "EOWCF is war or not", the 100% correct answer is "NO".
Simple example I can give you is "END of LIFE", means death. Saying "YES" for question "EOWCF is war or not", is just as stupid and as idiotic as saying "YES" for question "END of LIFE is ALIVE or not". Stop making yourselves stupid by saying "YES"
End of English lesson.
Back to utopia.
I agree that EOWCF is part of war ( death is part of life as above example) but definitely not war.
For TS to ask such question, he is either on one of these 2 sides:
1) KD which plunder EOWCF KD
If you are this, no worry, there isn't anything wrong here as stated by Bishop.
You did not actually spoil people's game as win-lose already determined. Lets compare to people who spoil other's war ( Kingdom C), just because of "want-to-revenge" previous EOWCF plunders.
2) EOWCF KD which plundered by other
If you are this, sorry I can't help you on this. Back and cry to your papa so he will buy a new and better computer for you to play other better games.
Conclusion, EOWCF is for post-war recovery, only idiots think that they are invincible during EOWCF. I am directly pointing at for this.
========================================
Tsk, teaching us a english lesson are you? Newsflash, the majority of the server disagrees with you. Live with it. You guys robbed into our eowcf, and you got your faces kicked in - surprisingly enough, you ran really, really fast when we came for revenge. You are welcome to try it again.
the question is, is it an honorable act or is it okay to hit a kingdom in EOWCF? this should be the title of this thread..
obviously, TS is not a native english speaker and there's no need to do an english tutorial and call another person an idiot. we all know what the TS is trying to imply except if you are an idiot.
If you hit into peoples recovery period you are going to piss them off. If you piss somebody off enough and you're giving them a motive to go out of their way to mess with you. Best way to really mess with somebody who obviously want honor/ww crown is to take that possibility from them and best way to do that is to razekill their high honor provinces, and/or make their war unwinnable, preferably both. You pissed somebody off enough that they decided to take your goals from you.
Wars are an agreement between two kingdoms as well, not the whole utopia world amd the rest of utopia has no more of an obligation to respect your war any more than you respect others eowcf.
Do not insult users.
You don't get to decide how another kingdom feels about your actions though. Hitting into war is allowed by the game, hitting into eowcf is allowed by the game. Both kds are perfectly entitled to do what they do and face the consequences of their actions.
why do people view end of war ceasefire as a static event that means a war is over, it is a period that once concluded, concludes the war period. Just cause we have named it end of war ceasefire doesn't make it the end of war, its not a static point, so yeah it contains end of war in the name...but i don;t think its fully named appropriately for what it is and as the game infers all the exact same war protection from outside interferance....
and kingdom pages and throne pages all say this kingdom IS at war, i could argue the exact same thing against eowcf meaning anyhting, more places claim its at war, its called war...its war...
Thanks for above bold statement.
The KD which plunder EOWCF KD
1) they do not violate the gameplay.
2) they do not spoil people's games too (honorable)
The EOWCF KD which revenge on KD in war
1) they do not violate the gameplay.
2) they not satisfy as their resources being plundered away (boo ~)
3) they spoil people's games (boo 2nd level)
so which is the honorable kingdom ?
Yes, pissed off and spoil people's game, this is the real dishonored act from the KD which revenge, not the KD which plundered EOWCF. Please make this clear.
If you guys notice, the argument not start from the KD who start plundering, but start from the KD who wan to revenge (as they think they should not be attacked during EOWCF, and clearly their mindset is wrong as stated by bishop).

read between the lines.. you are too conscious about the words used.. word for word to be exact.. take it to a different level and you will understand what bishop is trying to imply :)
If any kd wants to plunder/steal into someones EoWcf... that's all fine and good... just be sure you realize that it gives that KD free reign to do what they want with you as it is not an honorable move.
Most feel that hitting into an active war is more dishonorable than hitting into an EoWcf... but if you do in fact hit into someone's EoWcf, get ready for some retaliation if they are a decent KD. And if you hit into multiple kd's eowcf's throughout the age... prepare for a massive GB from those kd's that you pestered throughout the age.
Conclusion: You are free do do what you want, but know there are consequences for your actions. Most decent kd's will be loaded in their EoWcf as they try to accumulate enough gold for retraining their armies during the war. This does not mean they are the 'best' targets to plunder since it now gives that kd a reason to pull a 'dishonoarble' move against your kd in retaliation.
The gold that is accumulated during EoWcf is important gold in the recovery process of that kd. Taking it is a very hostile move for whatever kd decides it is a good idea to do.
I'm just a passerby, looking at previous thread and this, this is my opinion:
As Bishop says, any kd is free to do anything they want, because the game allows it, but ready to face the consequences yourself. All agree with this statement? Should be no problem in agreeing this.
Next, I've seen soooo many forumers talking about honors, fair play, integrity etc, now my next question is (for all the forumers that replied and made a comment), have you NOT touched ANY eowcf kd throughout your months/years of playing utopia? Not even once? If yes, congratulation, you're really honorable and always play fair player and I'm proud of you, we do need more players like you. But for those answer is "no, I did touch eowcf kd before", you better shut up and stop talking nonsense about honor etc. Anyone disagree with this statement? I believe it's simple logic and everyone should agree with this.
Next, again we talk about fair play, honor etc. To me, PK other kd just because of eowcf plunder does not reflect any fair play or honor here. It's something more related to personal emotional, revenge etc. So, again, stop talking nonsense about honor and fair play.
From the posts, sad to say Saints, you've pissed off quite a lot of people in utopia to get your funding, be it on dragon or province pump (which I don't think so, it'll be stupid to ask for war when you're not pumped). If it's for dragon, one thing I don't understand is, based on your size, a dragon cost is probably around 12m~14m? Seriously, getting PK-ed just because of 12m stolen.. Haha.. I can only say it's an unlucky age for you. But based on the posts, it seems like you pissed off the whole utopia to fund the dragon, which again, I don't think you can piss off so many kingdoms just because of 12m. Unless you sent multiple dragons or restart a new dragon because you plan to change to another dragon type. I don't know.. Back to my point, as I mentioned, getting double PK-ed just because of get plundered, yeah that's the consequences of interfering in eowcf, but please forumers, stop talking about fair play and honor here. A kd who PK is ruining other people's game, and based on the posts, I think it even shatters Saint's dream of getting crowned this age, correct me if I'm wrong. Yes, Saints are bunch of douchebags, but Kingdom C and those who agree PK playing, you're not honorable as well.
So, yeah, next age, I could see more complaints in this forum again regarding getting PK-ed suddenly, especially by Saints, since majority of forumers agrees with PK / power-play or the concept of "yeah you can do whatever punishment you want to" and yet still talks about honor, fair play etc. To Saints, I just hope you don't take it seriously when the community here agrees on PK due to plunder eowcf. Utopia is dying already, the amount of players playing are getting lesser each age and we should not let the culture of PK growing.
End of typing and back to my own life. Remember, it's just a game, a freaking word game somemore with no graphics. Getting angry for a word game is just... I don't know.. Chill everyone.
