Charts always cause shifts in game play, no matter what the game is. The solutions are to remove the charts or modify the gameplay, I'm not sure in this situation as I dont have a recent enough utopia background to get a solid picture on this or if it is even a problem, but KuhaN's views on charts rings clear to me.Quote:

I think he was more specifically referring to the honour and WW charts, and their impact on style of game play since their addition. As for me personally, I'm playing to achieve a personal best, try and master a complex system and have some fun along the way.

u may not have asked them but your buddy thanked them here in forums and if Calle said the truth, someone from your kingdom even messaged simians asking them to continue hitting, while providing laughable reasons like "it's ok to raze from oow because he was gloating". using that argument maybe some here consider what your kd mate said as "gloating" which will then justify razing you in your next war (using his logic). as an old player i am sure you understand all of that.
what's unconceivable to me is how someone could consider anything in the war forums out of te line

most of the war forums was kind of boring actually
I did post most, lyrics, war summaries (wihtout any commentaire, using uformat) and once I posted my concern of a chain enemy being AWOl (later he died to overpop for he didn't login for over 48h when chained with troops home). I think there was a misunderstanding in that topic but Lestat cleared it up.
so, after all the complaints about being double hostiled last age, Simians go and raze in other people's war using lame excuses like " they hit our friends" (by randoming oow) and "their cow farmed the enemy provinces" (generally in such wars cows do that, including your own cows the previous wars u had). i suppose their ethics sunk just like their skill this age.Quote:

This was such an extremely dumb move by Simians. Way to make sure the whole server despises you.

Its not like a 30k bank in a "farm" war cant fight back. Or wait, we gonna allow him to win cause some nub KD decided they want a WW and let him farm 10k+ infinite acres without any defence.

I avoided all and they have free hands this age. So no point speaking dip with me about those banks. I make sure we can get wars and build the KD while they do what they want.
I think our reputition is only getting better and better. Wars is never hard to get.

Csarmi the war forums must have been interesting enough for your guys to report me and get me suspended? For the sake of consistancy I should also be suspended in these forums too.
After the dust settles we lost 1k acres from our starting point and got to have fun for 10 days. We just like having wars, we don't care who thinks its nub and has a right to stop it (we were WDing later that day regardless). It was more fun for US than sitting around pumping books and what not.
Although it didn't go to plan, according to my vision of a land farm out.

I don't think this should really surprise anybody. He has been pulling crap like this for ages now. When he was banking for Rage a few ages ago he broke NAP and hit into our active war with GA, a war where ZZ was already hitting our bank and razing us. He did it twice before Rage kicked him IIRC.

It also dident total kill my utopia i just change kd to sleepy FTFW for 6 ages and played side by side with coss and it workt fine until i took an age off and they did dissband.
Now rock it up in simians , not evry one can like me and not all have to think i am good player , all that count is I HAVE fun and my kd have fun 2 and we just lol at the most things and chatt irc then i am happy who ever i play with.

So we started at 35.5k acres and ended at 34.5k
