How are you getting pushed around? Nothing stopping you warring them.
zomg you should multi hostile them!
I do think abs is a bit large considering the player base. 4 napped kingdoms going for land/nw when only 8 kds go for land nw. Problem more is that many people have given up on land/nw as they recognize their KD's are not good enough to win, there is so few KD's going for it that no one even cares about finishing top 10. (Except perhaps palem ;))
IMO mechanics should be put into place to prevent land dropping and it should be made easier to stay "war ready" when growing. I recommend making WPA easier to pump so you can come oow war ready. I also think that allowing kingdoms to choose only honor or only land is foolish and you should automatically get a portion of land and honor to prevent kingdoms intentionally staying small.
Age after age with almost no attempt at growth it seems I end up quite large just by exploring smaller provinces rather then razing larger ones... I don't see why other kingdoms can't follow suit and make the top 50 more warring...
Just my opinion on dynamics of the mid tier kds tho :)
@ DH - A little.
Didn't Sanc notice them so delay their conflict with Rage?
They could be at any point. they have 4 kingdoms ready to smack them if they felt the whim to do so. Not that pulse is bad, I think they are awesome. But You guys think that 40% kingdoms who are at the top will never ever exchange any hits against one another is good for the game? :o I am seeing simians logic in this. No wonder they went crazy trying to fight this.
Fighting fair wars is getting pushed around? At various points, you've had BIO, Old School, Pulse, Psych Ward, Jerks and Inzzolence at or near the top. The reason you see the top 4 the way they are now is because they've won their fights. This isn't an age where you can win and run. If you're suggesting that three kingdoms have pushed around six kingdoms, I don't buy it.
I haven't even seen many real cases of double hostiles or other team play to shape the top. It's not like Sanc, Mercy and Rage are chain warring kingdoms and just wearing them down, I think the only double-ups this age has been Pulse, who waved Sanc and noticed Mercy (hardly being pushed around), and Psych Ward, who warred Mercy a month after warring Rage.
back on topic... Anri is certainly sleeping in today! Has he reached his verdict on calle/hellrazor?
Lol @Anri :)
Can someone post cliff notes of this thread?
Agreed goodz if you use force a kd that goes 5/5 to be about 150k acres right now by giving massive acres on wins (as well as honor) you might have a more fun "top". But as wizard pumping is already kinda hard if you force growth of say 25% land per win (via acre gain/bonus) your going to make it nearly imposible to wizard pump even for mystics unless end of war cf has double wizard production.
Back on topic though
Simians was tagged hostile for a LONG time even when not actively fighting. They got called on it but claimed its just been a bunch of hostiles. Eventually it was noted their last "hostile" was against a kd already in war. That kd had a large bank who simians hit into the war and razed. That guy fought back and there's been bickering about it ever since.
+1
Supposedly intra hits were to destroy honor this age, but since the #1 honor kingdom has land dropped extensively using intra hits it must not be very much. Other kingdoms land drop by suiciding on learn attacks or just by messaging other kingdoms to anon trad march them (retal against their faeries and they will stop doing it almost immediately). I like farming ghettos as much as the next guy, but surely this is just as much of a problem for retention of players as the top kingdoms hitting solo explorers is.
20% isn't much?
