If I can be white ranger then green ranger is okay. But quite frankly his power is unreliable and he helps as much as he hurts the rangers noble cause. White is a clear upgrade.

No he was not.

Also and im just pondering this. There is 150 original pokemon. But technically wouldn't only base pokemon be originals as surely the unevolved version of a pokemon came first :P.

But yea there was 5 power rangers then at some point they made friends with some dude who became green ranger, then he became evil, then he became good, then he became white ranger.

Actually, Rita "made" the green ranger to fight the other power rangers as she hypnotised him. He did later become a white ranger and that is why he is tadpole, he evolves. Also he keeps dissapearing throughout the series which is what tad does.
