Age 71 Proposed Changes Suggestions

I have gotten alot of flack from my KD's about running 50%+ homes to maintain my BE.
But at the end of the day I know that I will be chained sooner or later...
Going into a chain with 50% home and building all homes with incoming land to the point of 90% homes at 400 acres... you can maintain those less than 100 peasants,
And still sustain the majority of your military without overpop.

The rebound is what I always play for...

Generally, When I get fully chained I look to be around roughly half my original size fully pumped by the end of the war. If not more.

Sorry if this has been talked about before, but does the following from Change Notes mean that if I win I get 150% of my LAND or my BARREN LAND?

I assume Barren Land like this age, but best to know in advance.

Additionally, upon entering End of War Cease-Fire, the losing kingdom will receive 50% of their land as free building credits, while the winning kingdom will receive 150% of their land as free building credits. We would like to stimulate the ability for both kingdoms to recover from war such that both the losing kingdom has a better chance at coming out of war recovered and ready to fight again and more importantly, the winning kingdom has an opportunity to defend their land better upon exiting war.

Its about how to increase the player base.. okay..? Its all about the player base. To me it seems you really stick to your old kd too long. Way too long that makes it difficult to show you the view of the outside world.

Do you want to be the champion of a dota2 world tornament or a champion of dota2 internet cafe? What kind of "competitive player" you are blabbing about? Do you mind telling me how many opponents you fought through to reach the seat of the championship? I sense fear in you man but I dont know how to help you, hopefully you would get what i mean.
