coboss has some excellent points, he pretty represents anyone with any intellectual capacity reading this thread. You will do them a great favor by addressing to his points. :)
why did you handicap your kingdom so hard by picking dwarf?
if you were any mix of elf human orc you would have a great sot at winning age... could you not analyze the races or was it part of a scheme with bio in which they aw opponents and then you clean them up after?
dwarf has no wpa mod. once the Kingdoms around you all have 3wpa how do you plan to OP them?
it all seems so poorly planned
I remember Anri commenting something along the lines of "we should've stuck with what we know" after a fail age with either Orc or UD (can't remember).
To be fair to Anri Rage came close to choosing Dwarf this round. Dwarf are not significantly worse than human and are better than elf. We did quite a bit a few simulations and quite a bit of math on what each race could run, dwarves are good from that point of view. My biggest problem with them is they use spec defense which is vulnerable to ops and their intangibles are weak.
The clear best race was Orc which was the set up I thought most would choose. During our talks we suggested that the races were extremely close and all viable. But we felt that we would do something a bit more fun and would match up well against Orc kingdoms.
The thing that hurts simians is that they are mystics which is essentially a waste of a personality. You hit a point quite quickly where you can no longer sustain much higher Wpa needed to effectively op the enemy. They needed to be merchants or tactitians.
