We also didn't get any offers of resources or anything else back and they also refused to cf us. I believe Pyro also has been hit in post war? In ~10 days or whatever we've been razed for 53k acres, most of that into our war with Pyro, and are the same size as when we started.
Now, I'm going to go briefly on the record and say that this gb is bull****; BB and their allies are 100% in the wrong. It's not an alliance war, much as asf and flogger might want to talk it up. Flogger's utopian dream is to "win" an "alliance war" against "absalom", but Absalom disbanded long ago. This is just a gb that expanded into a larger conflagration of, well, bull****. Three hundred acres of razes that were repayed with heavy interest and an apology is not an excuse for an age-long (or multi-age, per flogger's threats) gb. You have taken what is literally one of the least ****ty ****plays of recent ages - pyro and bb have each done worse to us in the last 2 ages - and used it as an excuse to further your goals with dirty play.
BB was smart enough to pick an aggressive growth awar setup, and we were dumb/inactive enough to give them the excuse they needed to backstab. Pyro I guess just didn't want to fight us, though why they'd want to enter a war of death rather than just give up a few thousand acres...well, makes no sense. Why bb took the ceasefire in the first place, taking acres under false pretenses, is beyond me though. Any ceasefire that gets forced on you by some stretch of the imagination is no ceasefire at all? You realize that in a war game, every ceasefire following a conflict is forced on one side, right?
I get why jerks and FS are involved; bb has helped you out with your enemies over the past few ages. Smart move to start building your alliance a few ages in advance, all the while claiming that alliances are the death of the game. You probably should have waited another couple ages to get more kingdoms though.
I don't get why WSK and (I have no idea who they are, simians shell or warcry or something) are involved. My best guess is you think you'll get acres from us, or from our friends, but that doesn't seem likely. Ultimately I guess the four of you feel you have a better chance of getting a crown between you if you never have to fight us fairly. Which is probably true.
This thing could go on forever, but, at risk of repeating myself, it is simply bull****. At least when covenant planned their alliance war against absalom they started with a roughly equal number of kingdoms. You just found four kingdoms to raze one, so that you could claim your awar victory (lol), ensure bb was the most recent kingdom to back to back crown (lol), and get the beatdown on "absalom" you've always wanted. Eventually either we'll give up and delete and retire (which I'm told you claim is your goal?), or you'll give up and delete and retire (which i guess, symmetrically, should be our goal; it's what happened the last time bull**** of this magnitude happened, after all). The game loses.
Now is the time to get out, and since you don't like asf's proposal (I wouldn't want to war us either, not with a human setup) here is mine: give us back all the acres you razed from us, just as Bour gave you back the acres he razed from you, with the same level of interest he gave you. Unlike you we won't pretend to accept the ceasefire and then dealbreak you later. We can then eoa ceasefire so you don't have to fight us fairly this age, and you can build your alliance up a little bigger for next time.

I suggested to Pendel we consider getting involved, because I thought that sending Bour to raze into eowcf and then lying doing a thirty-thousand-word tap dance to avoid the fallout (which is still going on) was gutless and probably deserved punishment. BB didn't approach us. We weren't even supposed to play in top 50 this age lol. I didn't play the past 2 ages so I can't say much for BB helping us with our enemies, or building an alliance. As far as I know, the last time we had an alliance with BB it ended in what Palem would call a stolen crown.
Your post is ridden with paranoia. Care to offer a reason why you have 4+ kingdoms siding with you as well? Maybe they are all old friends of yours, OR maybe it's because they think you're in the right? Maybe that belief - that one party or another is correct - is what's motivating all parties involved, and it's not some massive conspiracy theory against ABS?
I'll say it again: I think ordering a minion to raze into your enemy's eowcf and then lying about it warrants some kind of punishment beyond just giving some extra land back.
The sad part is the whole thing probably means you guys have gotten away with it before and not gotten caught. How is THAT kind of play good for the game?
