wow, such drama. i'm not from Jesters but I know them to be an honorable kd, clean warring, gracious in win or defeat. Track records must hold some weight too
So maybe the husband-wife pair slipped up and logged in on the same device. If that's enough to cause a ban after it happens once or twice, it's pretty sucky, but too bad. But once the issue is clarified, why not reinstate them? At least in the same kd, so that life can go on. I think that is fair and gracious
I think wingding is being deliberately incendiary, and should likewise be banned if he continues to be so.

Logging from the same device or even the same IP address will not automatically flag you for deletion. Smells like they tripped one of the behavioral flags (pretty hard to do unless you're actually logging for one another).

I am sure you can also see in your logs that half the time Stever is logged on it is from random truck stops via his mobile device while Krissy is also logged in miles away.
This is a complete joke, your game is hemorrhaging players and then you start kicking husband/wife couples because of ****ty logic behind classifying who is gaming the system and who isn't. It is already dumb enough that these flags prevent people in the same house from hitting the same target. Now it conveniently results in double deletions at the end of the age. Seriously, **** off.

To clarify, I am pissed at the deletion of 2 people who have been playing for years. At least give them a damn warning that their behavior is setting off a flag. That is what is crazy to me. From what I can tell they trip a flag once and get banned - I am not sure how you can play together and not ever trip it.
I think I found the issue. On December 26, 2014 We got a bogo deal at verizon. We got matching Lg G3's and matching LG tablets. So I can see how the logs look like we are xlogging. Our devices have their own serial numbers though. We are willing to do whatever it takes to prove we are not xlogging. Is it not enough that we can't aid each other or attack the same pv? We follow the rules. We love this game.
The devices would still harbor unique mac addresses~

Some of the accusations in this thread towards bishop are downright pathetic.
I've seen him delete people in his own non-competitive ghetto kingdom for xlogging. He doesn't play favorites.
He doesn't give a rat's ass about your war or honor crown or whatever the hell it is you all are going for. His standards of proof for deletion are much higher than Mehul's ever were, and his tools for finding them are better than Mehul's were.
We've all seen this song and dance before lord knows how many times. Odds are overwhelmingly in Bishop's favor that he's making the right move and actioning an actual cheater. If you don't like it, then handle it via support rather than publicly accusing the guy out of nothing but pure ignorance.
Dunno if it matters, but I can vouch that these are two different people playing UTO. When I was playing with Jesters this was the cause for multiple ages, sad to see its an issue now once UTO politics comes into play (assumption because the timing of the banning smells fishy is all I'm saying). Glad I quit this game prior to such awesomeness. Why couldn't the potential changes of 68 have come earlier... still not enough to come back especially after seeing this.
I think Krissy should be reinstated for being the most polite and reasonable person in the thread

It is completely within reason that a husband and wife log in from the same system. It is also completely within reason that during a war player A logs in and does actions then immediately logs off so player B can perform their actions.
I cannot imagine how logs can tell you when it is one person or two people.
