This to me is bs. You have devs saying they actioned accordingly those who deserved it, and yet whole kd suffers. Honest befitting punishment shouldve had bart deeted, kd freeze, ww removed, but also right then you are taken out of charts, not this backdoor bs. If this was their secret intention to chart shape its unethical. Yes they may have known, but in some kds the core isn't entwined in ls. May or not in this case is beside the point. A last minute change to rules, and deleted from chart, just seems like shady top **** play.
Glad to see devs haven't lost any of their "edge".
I disapprove of this action much like the obvious negligence towards people's suggestions for new age changes. It appears utopia is a forced way-to-play game now. Really disheartening.

But if Sparta was cheating before the age ended why you let them continue charts shape for another two weeks? They had a FW then they got a feed war and with that they razed the legal prov crown down. Grow balls to reset provinces instantly.

It was just a FYI msg saying you caught us sniffing around and to warn us that you are at hostile with divinity cos even though there's little or no retals from divinity, you guys were being Landlusted. There was no question to your statement and hence there was no reply. I can confidently say that after that msg from you guys there were no more ops/intel or a single hit on you guys, even up until the last 10 mins of end of age, when you guys started coming.

cRs fluffy has never had war history removed like you say, we had 3 dutch players deleted for logging in on same connection, unknown to leadership a few ages ago, it was dealt with by support, as it was rl friends playing together, not multi, thats as far as fluffy has ever been punished while Ive been there, but no fluffy never had any wars or history removed.

They are doing what they think is in the best interest of game expansion. I understand and respect that. The process for making that happen will be imperfect. All we can do is trust that they mean the best for the game, as it is what they have invested in, thus their financial interest is to do what is best for the game.
I will ask this question of the people who think they just want to put their e-buddies in the crown. Lets say they only paid $25,000 for the entire game. Can you tell me which of your e-buddies you would jeopardize a $25,000 investment for? Does that make any sense?

Dont want to sound too much of a lawyer but the implementation of new punishments cant be retroactively applied to previously commited actions. Allow me to explain with a simple example. Say that I killed someone and I got punished for 25 years and then a new law is approved that punishes murders for 30 years.... the justice simple cant go back and punish me for 30. Thats a basic justice principal of non-retroactivity of criminal punishment. There is only one exception and that is if they new law benefits the criminal.Quote:
